F.A.Q.

Our team of professionals will only use specially formulated ‘Dive Kleen’ products to clean your vehicle. These products are non-toxic, environmentally-friendly, and will power through even the thickest layer of dirt that may have accumulated on your car. These cleaning agents also leave a streak-free shine and will not ruin your paint job. We also use delicate micro-fiber cloths to give your vehicle a gentle, but effective clean. Best of all, we employ special techniques to utilize the least amount of water possible while producing impressive results. In fact, we have perfected the art of conserving water to wash each vehicle.
A general rule of thumb is that you should wax your vehicle at the start of each new season. In other words, you should wax and polish your vehicle around three to four times per year. This gives your vehicle sufficient coverage to protect it from the elements.

It’s quite possible! At times, you may immediately notice fine scratches all over your vehicle. It might be hard to find the time to get your vehicle washed but it will cost you far more to remove these scratches than to have us clean your car at a location convenient to you.

It’s also very possible!! A touch free automatic car wash can also a bad idea because of the type of soaps that they use to remove dirt from your vehicle. These cleaning agents are very strong and may strip away the waxy build up and eventually the clear protective coating on your car. The result is a very dull looking color that is more susceptible to damage. Many car owners have reported seeing large swirl-like scratches all over their vehicle after regularly using these cleaners. The chemical compounds used can also damage the rubber on your wiper blades and on other parts of the vehicle.

The most likely culprit is your sprinkler. We often water our lawns with sprinklers near where we park our vehicles and they end up getting wet. Unfortunately, sprinkler water tends to be very rich in iron and this can result in water marks or spots forming on your car. You can apply a removing agent and some elbow grease to remove these spots.
